If you're on a vegan or non-dairy diet, you may be familiar with "nice cream", which usually involves mashed frozen bananas with various berries mixed in. Without the added sugar and calories, this is the perfect treat if you're craving something different. This recipe is easy to follow and doesn't even require an ice cream machine!
